A. Tuition fees:

The tuition fees for the International MSc Leadership: Ethics and Politics program amount to 4,000 euros per semester, totaling 12,000 euros for the entire duration of the program.

B. Payment options:

There are two payment options available for your convenience:

1. Full Payment in Advance: Students have the option to pay the full tuition fee of 12,000 euros in advance at the beginning of their academic journey.

2. Installment Payment: Alternatively, students can choose to pay the tuition fees in three installments. Each installment amounts to 4,000 euros and is due at the beginning of each semester.

C. Payment procedure:

Upon confirmation of enrollment, students are required to initiate the payment process. The tuition fees should be deposited into the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Research Grants Account.

D. Important notes:

• It is imperative to adhere to the payment deadlines stipulated by the university to ensure seamless processing of your enrollment.
• Failure to fulfill the financial obligations may result in administrative consequences, including the withholding of academic transcripts or suspension of enrollment.

E. Payment instructions:

• The tuition fees should be transferred to the main bank account of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens:

• During the bank transfer process, please make sure to include in the "Purpose" field (which might also appear as Payment Description, Reason for Payment, Transaction Reference, depending on your bank) the following phrase: "22166 – MSc Leadership" (Note: 22166 is the official program code.)
• After completing the transfer, kindly email a copy of the payment receipt to our Admissions Team at admissions-leadership@uoa.gr, and also copy the Program Coordinator, Dr. George Kosteletos, at gkosteletos@philosophy.uoa.gr.

F. Refund policy

In the event that a visa application is denied for any candidate admitted to the MSc program Leadership: Ethics and Politics, a full refund of all amounts paid by the candidate to the official bank account of the Special Account for Research Grants (SARG), as part of the visa issuance process, will be issued. No deductions of any kind, including administrative or processing fees, will be applied. This policy reflects our commitment to ensuring that candidates are not financially disadvantaged by circumstances beyond their control.
