Program Duration:

The MSc Leadership: Ethics and Politics program spans a duration of 18 months, equivalent to three semesters. During this time, students engage in a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance their understanding of leadership theories, ethical frameworks, and political dynamics.

Thesis Component:

As a distinctive feature of our program, the thesis is integrated as a separate course, allowing students to conduct in-depth research on a topic of their choice under the guidance of experienced faculty members. Choosing the thesis option provides students with the opportunity to explore a specific area of interest in greater depth. Moreover, opting for the thesis will substitute for three elective courses, enabling students to tailor their academic experience to align with their professional goals.
